The express elevator will then take you up to the penthouse floor where all of the magic happens. Exchange your vows on the outdoor patio, sharing your first kiss as spouses before a breathtaking backdrop of D.C’s most beloved landmarks, as well as the Potomac River. Move indoors to celebrate in the beautiful loft-like space. Facing the Potomac is an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing the singular views to be the focus on the evening. Of course, this versatile space still allows you to bring your vision to life through décor and lighting! Venue notes

The rental fee ranges from $3,600 to $7,700 for a ceremony, reception and includes the outdoor terrace. Rental period is for 8.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday, and 8 hours Monday through Friday this time including set up and clean up. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $900/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. Please inquire with the venue directly for ceremony only options. Rental fee includes access to both indoor and outdoor spaces!
