Perfect for your wedding party of up to 200 guests, it features a concrete stage area as well as a wood frame covered pavilion, making it a little rustic, a little industrial, and a little chic. Venue notes

The rental fee is $700 for a reception and ceremony and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a ceremony only wedding is $400. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr.
