Description

We are excited to announce a new elegant barn wedding venue – Historic Rosemont Springs – which opened in March 2019. This Amish-built barn can be used for both your ceremony and reception and accommodates up to 400 guests. We offer several wedding packages to fit within your itinerary.

Surrounded by a private, wooded setting, Historic Rosemont Springs features breathtaking 10-foot waterfalls and a garden terrace. The post and beam gambrel barn is illuminated with three beautiful chandeliers, and the stunning indoor fireplace made with Virginia bluestone helps to create the perfect setting for your wedding.

Historic Rosemont Springs includes couple’s suites for wedding preparation, a caterer’s kitchen, indoor bathrooms,  plenty of air conditioning and heating for year-round events and ample parking. Couples may also bring their own caterer and alcohol for their wedding.

At the Historic Rosemont Manor, a bed and breakfast wedding venue in the greater Washington, D.C. area, couples will find an elegantly rustic mansion. This historic white building with its red roof sits on 60 acres of property where couples can celebrate. For indoor affairs, they can choose the Carriage House or quaint rooms within the mansion itself. This wedding venue, near Winchester in Northern Virginia, is approximately 70 minutes from downtown Washington, D.C.

Facilities and Capacity

A total of 500 guests can attend a couple’s wedding at the Historic Rosemont Manor. The property has indoor and outdoor options for a couple’s big day. The East Lawn features stone steps on or in front of which couples can exchange vows with the mansion’s iconic portico in the background. The South Lawn boasts a fountain as the backdrop for a couple’s ceremony. The West Lawn features a charming gazebo and nationally prized trees; both locations make romantic spots for couples to begin their life together. The Carriage House is renovated with modern conveniences such as air conditioning and a bar. This makes the perfect reception location for the newlyweds and their guests. For larger receptions, the venue offers a tent on the grounds or in the Garden Terrace. The most petite receptions can be held in the mansion itself, with the Rosemont dining room and adjacent spaces available to couples.

Our second venue option is our Amish-built barn featuring a Virginia bluestone fireplace, garden terrace, three crystal chandeliers and 10-foot waterfall, providing a gorgeous setting for your ceremony and reception. This venue can accommodate up to 400 guests and includes indoor bathrooms and central air for year-round comfort.

Venue notes

The pricing of the venue ranges from $2,000 to $14,000 depending on the season and the day that you would like use of the venue. There are daytime, overnight, and weekend packages available. The venue fee will allow private use of Rosemont for your wedding — the studio for hair and makeup, the Manor House and portico for wedding preparations and your cocktail hour, the east and south lawns for your ceremony, and the Carriage House for your reception. All overnight and weekend packages include up to 22 complimentary breakfasts for overnight guests in the Manor House (lodging costs are separate from the venue fee). Catering is not included in the venue pricing. For elopements or weddings with a smaller guest count, couples can inquire directly with the venue for special pricing.

    About Us

BestEventSites.com We started a Wedding Venue in North western Virginia on a beautiful 35-acre horse farm with views of the Blue ridge Mountains. We quickly learned how expensive and complex it was to market your Wedding Venue. So, being a Data center and nationwide broadband provider we Decided to start BestEventSites.com This was not our first Internet site. We developed the first online Real estate public property search in 1997 and one of the largest Automobile dealer listing sites. We are excited about BestEventSites.com. We look forward to helping Couples find their perfect wedding Venue.
