Rustic Elegant Wedding Barn and Small Event Center located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
Our wedding barn can comfortably accommodate 225 people for a reception and ceremony, featuring grand crystal chandeliers, a 3,000 square foot deck with stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Four Season climate controlled environment, and ADA accessible. We offer indoor and outdoor ceremonies, receptions and cocktail hours. You can easily configure all of our areas with our state of the art 2D/3D program to help you visualize table placement, seating assignments and the ceremony configurations of your big day.
Our Small Event Center can accommodate 50 people, ideal for a bridal shower, baby shower, anniversary party, any small event.
Tables, chairs (Chiavari chairs with white cushions in the barn) and white table clothes are all included in the rental of both spaces.
Our Small Venue serves as the Brides Cottage upstairs and the Grooms Suite downstairs, on the day of your wedding.
Both venues are fully generator backed up, so your event or wedding will never be interrupted due to a power outage. Additionally, the barn has wi-fi and USB outlets for your guests convenience. An optional Photo Booth set up can be added, so your guests can immediately send photo’s to friends and family.

Venue notes
The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 48 hours for set up/decorating and clean up afterwards. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required.
